Every event is a special event with Cowan Development -- whether it is large or small -- a reunion or backyard wedding celebration.  We focus on providing the space you need and no event is too large or small for us to help make it a success.

Rental Rates:

• Monterey Station - 18,000 square feet - $1,000/day
• Cowan Center for the Arts Theater - $300/day
