Cowan Development Company is dedicated to the proper development of Cowan, Tennessee for a healthier and more sustainable community that is true to its small town roots.

Our portfolio contains both commercial and residential properties. We are actively recruiting businesses looking to prosper in a small town environment, and residents who wish to enjoy Cowan's relaxed atmosphere.

As a show of our support for the community, Cowan Development owns, operates and staffs the Welcome Center in the restored Texaco Station. Car clubs love doing photo shoots at the pumps, and we welcome them every time.

And anytime there's an event going on in town, you can bet our staff is actively involved:  Railroad Museum, Commercial & Community Club, Christmas Parade, Polly Crockett, holiday decorations, and more.
